Welcome to the Battle of Baltimore! Started in 1987 by Master John Burdyck, the Battle of Baltimore Open Martial Arts Tournament is perhaps the oldest continuously run tournament in Maryland. Master Burdyck ran this tournament successfully for 35 years before retiring from tournament promotion after passing the responsibility to his great friend, Shihan Marc Pamfilis. This year we are returning The Battle of Baltimore to its original home in the newly renovated Sports center at the beautiful CCBC-Essex Campus. On-Site Registration will close at 9:00 AM and we intend to begin the tournament promptly at 9:30. We will start with all of the Black Belt Divisions and then move into the Under Black Belt Divisions. As an Extra Benefit to all school owners or black belts who hope to open a school in the future, we have arranged a special event on Friday Evening, April 26th with Marketing Savante, Nick Dougherty, who will go over his " Battle Plan" How to put the heart back into your marketing, while also introducing the only software you will ever need to run your School, My Manager, and a light friendly sparring session and fellowship afterward. This is an absolutely FREE bonus, worth well more than the cost of the tournament!
