With MatAction, you will receive emails and texts with your ring times and any updates throughout the day. Please make sure the information you provide is correct and arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time block.

For Sparring - You must have approved sparring equipment to compete in Point or Continuous Sparring: Headgear, boots that cover the toes, mouthpiece, gloves that cover the figures, and cup (if applicable). Head contact with your hands is allowed at all sparring ranks.
