Forms~ (Traditional, Weapons, Creative, Team) Sparring~ (Point, One-Step, Continuous, Flag) Board Breaking~ (How many can you break?) Black Belt Meeting begins at 8:00 and competition will begin with the Black Belts at 9:00. Block schedule will be released the week of the tournament and your specific ring and time will be texted to you after check-in.
